How to request deletion

If you signed in with Facebook and want your account data removed, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Billcraft account.
2. Request account removal through support channels available in the app.
3. If you cannot access your account, contact support and include the email linked to your Facebook sign-in.

What gets deleted

We remove account profile data and associated workspace records based on our retention and legal obligations.
