1. Agreement
By accessing or using Billcraft, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Fair Use Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Billcraft provides tools to manage companies, clients, invoices, PDF export, and optional integrations such as Stripe billing and, where enabled, SEF or PEPPOL e-invoicing. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice when practical.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location. You can manage payment methods and cancel through the Stripe customer portal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Billcraft for unlawful activity, fraud, sending malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping or overloading infrastructure, or infringing third-party rights. Detailed limits are described in our Fair Use Policy.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Billcraft is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated invoices meet every legal or tax requirement in your jurisdiction—you remain responsible for compliance of documents you issue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
