Fair Use Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

1. Purpose

This Fair Use Policy keeps Billcraft reliable and secure for everyone. It applies to all users—guest sessions, free accounts, and paid subscribers—and supplements our Terms and Conditions.

2. Intended use

Billcraft is designed for legitimate business invoicing: creating and managing invoices, clients, and company profiles for your own organization or clients you serve in a normal professional capacity. The service is not intended for bulk unsolicited messaging, cryptocurrency schemes, illegal goods or services, or automated scraping of the platform.

3. Resource limits

We may apply reasonable limits on API calls, PDF generation, email sending, storage, and concurrent sessions to protect platform stability. Guest and free-tier workspaces may have shorter data retention and lower limits than paid plans. If your usage materially exceeds typical patterns for your plan, we may contact you, throttle features, or require an upgrade.

4. Prohibited behavior

You must not: • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written permission. • Circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls. • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt other users. • Resell or sublicense the service without agreement. • Use the platform to store or transmit content that violates applicable law.

5. Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or terminate access—temporarily or permanently—if we reasonably believe you violated this policy or pose a risk to the service or other users. Where required by law, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond before irreversible action.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Questions about fair use can be sent through the support channels in your Billcraft workspace.
